Seriously? When will the ever-growing pile of VIPD's moving vehicles and other moving things end? This is ridiculous, as is the over-sized pick up truck labeled something along the lines of "Major Crime Scene Investigations," which is pretty much parked full-time in the new used car parking lot.

New gas station, right next to Dolphin Market. This will make three in Cruz Bay, and zero for Coral Bay. Let's hope we don't get any rain, which we desperately need, because that sure is steep, and we've already seen a few blunders with the other new gas station.

Original post: After so many years living in the VI, it still amazes me that cruzans feel that it's acceptable to take toddlers and babies to movie theaters for adult movies. I took a date to see Spider-man this weekend and of course there's a cruzan couple with a two to three year old baby. The kid was crying and yelling the whole movie ruining everyone's experience who had the misfortune of sitting next to them. Luckily I was far away enough to ignore them for the most part, but close enough to see people around them complaining to each other. Had it affected me more I would have complained to the theater staff. With money being tight and people losing jobs, I don't understand how cruzans can sit and enjoy the movie while their children are ruining other peoples experience. All Mash Up's reply: What's equally amazing is that you can live on the island for so many years and still not know the difference between "Cruzan" the rum brand and "Crucian" the descriptive term for island residents.

Barge 'Mash-Up!

Yes, the Captain Vic did indeed pull away from the Red Hook barge dock yesterday as the Mr. B. pulled in, then went back into reverse and hit the side of the Mr. B. at least once, if not one or two more times.  It seemed like the Captain Vic was then going to back onto the dock itself, but then off we went.  A bunch of passengers on the Mr. B. got out of their vehicles and started screaming, "What the HELL?"  Well, actually, "hell" was not the word they used.

Why oh why is this posted on a Virgin Islands' travel forum? Not even appropriate on the off-topic forum. This is really off-topic.

I am seriously considering a hysterectomy due to 2 week long periods and really bad about a week of that.

I don't know a single person who has had one. When googling you hear a bunch of horror stories, but who is going to take the time to post about their "fabulous" experiences....lol.

If you have had one and want to pm me or reply I would greatly appreciate it. I'm kindof at the end of my rope.

Whoa! I have old eyeballs, a filthy windshield due to the lack of rain and Sahara dust, and a new camera, which I have no clue how to use. But there go ten or so more parking spaces. Whoot! Oh, and I wasn't able to take the picture once I turned that corner. The parade viewing stand is also set up, so that's more parking spaces gone. Sigh.

Please tell me that they are not closing another parking lot for Carnival.
