I am seriously considering a hysterectomy due to 2 week long periods and really bad about a week of that.
I don't know a single person who has had one. When googling you hear a bunch of horror stories, but who is going to take the time to post about their "fabulous" experiences....lol.
If you have had one and want to pm me or reply I would greatly appreciate it. I'm kindof at the end of my rope.

ReplyDeleteMoriah, I was the one who posted it. It totally know how to use the internet. This is a forum that has been around for a very, very long time and many of us have gotten to "know" each other pretty well on line. That is why the off topic section was added because personal stuff was clogging up the travel forum. So, I posted this in the off topic section because I really respect the opinions of a lot of these people and knew I would get a thoughtful answer. Much better than a "medical" board where you really end up hearing horror stories from anonymous people that also might have an agenda. I don't think No see um understands that there is a great deal of mutual respect among members of the forum. I don't understand why she is looking through the Off topic forum if she was interested in posts about St. John, unless she was trolling for something to make fun of. And I don't think medical problems are funny and I wouldn't wish them on anyone. The section is totally seperate and clearly marked as Off Topic. I never would have posted this in the travel forum and to imply that it was inappropriate was misleading on her part.

Hilarious! I guess djmom enjoys spending her free time reading "boring" blogs. In my free time, I choose to do things that aren't "boring". The "get a life" comment...irony. I read this blog because it is so very enjoyable to laugh at idiocy. Laughing at this very moment.
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome. Trolling? Your post appeared on my FB feed. I wasn't hunting for it. This stuff just lands in my lap or is sent to me, on a very frequent basis. This blog doesn't just belong to one person. At the last count, there have been submissions by at least eighteen different people.
