But this entry, in today's Daily News, reads:
"The Coki fixes did not include the decapitated public bathrooms."
Although, in all fairness, bathrooms are also called heads, and perhaps someone did decapitate the heads in this bathroom.

I guess that's why we're going to pay three-quarters of a million dollars for new bathrooms at Coki--re-attaching heads is pricey. Also why they need a 600 square ft office for the life-guards (air-conditioned 24/7 of course).
