From a recent St. John trip report, written by a first time visitor:
Just to let you know- expect weight gain! Not only from the drinking and eating,
but from what I was told by more than one person, the altitude!
Oh my goodness, I hate altitude! I gained 14lbs. Bring a diuretic.
And from the king of awesomeness himself, this comment:
Last time I looked, we were at fucking sea level. Where was she staying? Mount Chateau Everest?
