So, hooray, or so I thought.  After a long hiatus, we are now able to renew business licenses online. It's the little things that make us happy here. So after entering a user name and password to open an account, this is what I received from them:

This passcode is only required if you create new profile with
different email address or you want to share it with someone else
to manage your account in DLCA portal with their own profile.
